Indecent assaults on young campers
Police are hunting a man who indecently assaulted youths who were out camping.

A group of youngsters was camping in a tent in the Benridge Park area of Blyth, in Northumberland, when the incident happened at 0220 BST on Thursday.

Police said a man came into the tent and indecently assaulted some of them before leaving, before making off - possibly in the direction of Park Drive.

He is in his 30s, about 6ft tall, slim to medium build, and had dark hair which was short on the sides and long on top.

He was wearing a dark sleeved top and blue jeans, and was carrying a yellow fluorescent rucksack.

Police are keen to trace other people who may have in the area at the time, particularly a woman who was nearby at the time.
