A motorcyclist from Stoke-on-Trent has died after losing control of his bike.
The accident happened on the same stretch of road where two young men were killed 24 hours earlier.
The man, who was in his thirties, was riding along the A520 Leek Road in Wetley Rocks, at around 2230 BST on Thursday.
He braked as a range rover emerged from a farm entrance, lost control and was thrown from his bike.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police are appealing for witnesses.
