A man has been charged with a number of serious offences after the police were involved in a two-hour siege.
Officers went to an address in Hounslow, west London, at about 1045 BST on Sunday after receiving a call from a man who said he had a gunshot wound.
Oliver Churchill, from Isleworth, has been charged with two counts of possessing sawn-off shotguns, possessing ammunition and of possessing firearms with intent to endanger life.
He has also been charged with threatening to kill police officers and one count of affray.
The 31-year-old appeared at Feltham Magistrate's Court on Friday.
