An 82-year-old woman was hit in the face and suffered a broken wrist during a robbery in the Black Country.
She was approached by a man who asked for directions before grabbing her purse and punching her to the ground.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack, which took place at 1745 BST on Saturday 20 September in St Matthews Road, Oldbury.
The offender is described as a white man in his early 20s, 5 ft 7 in to 5 ft 10 in, and of a medium build.
The man, who was also wearing a baseball cap, ran off with the purse towards the passenger side of a vehicle parked on the opposite side of the
road.
Anyone who witnessed the attack or has information about the offender should contact police in Smethwick.
