Boy maimed in Iraq war heads to Britain for new limbs
Ali Abbas, the orphaned Iraqi boy who lost both arms in a bomb attack in Baghdad, is on his way to Britain.The 13-year-old who's due to arrive later today - will be fitted with artificial limbs, and will undergo several months of intensive rehabilitation, at the Queen Mary's Hospital in Roehampton, south London.
