Teenager charged after library threat
A teenager has been charged with making threats of violence at Salisbury City Library.

Library staff called police twice on Monday after a male youth, who had been banned from the library, threatened a librarian.

The teenager ran off the first time police attended at 1445 BST, but was arrested an hour later when staff again called the police.

The man was charged under section 4 of the public order act.

A 18-year-old man from Salisbury has been bailed to appear before the town's magistrates on 1 October.
