A Gloucestershire arts centre has been sold for more than £500,000.
The Axiom in Cheltenham was forced to close three years ago after concerns were raised over the way it was being run.
A number of attempts were subsequently made to revive the centre.
But the building has now been sold after being put on the market at the end of 2002.
It is thought that a property developer may have taken it over, but the council will not comment until a formal planning application has been made.
