The refurbishment is to cost about £3m

A decision on the future of one of Jersey's oldest and most famous landmarks is due to be announced on Thursday.
Months of consultation and debate about Mont Orgueil will come to a conclusion at a public meeting.
In January the Jersey Heritage Trust submitted plans for the castle's refurbishment.
They came after a £30,000 conservation plan which took years to compile.
Final decision
Then followed months of public consultation to hear people's concerns and reactions.
Objections have been raised about the Trust's treatment of the Great Hall and plans to install toilets and other services for visitors.
An independent UK expert has been overseeing the final decision-making process.
But the final decision on the £3m refit will be with the Environment and Public services Committee.
Its President, Deputy Maurice Dubras, is expected to make the announcement on Thursday afternoon.
