The three accused have been suspended from Rhyl High School

Three pupils arrested and released on police bail after a CS gas canister was let off at a north Wales school have been suspended.
Rhyl High School could expel the pupils after more than 20 youngsters and a teacher had to be treated in hospital after Friday's incident.
"They are out at the moment and we will take action on either permanent or fixed exclusions," said headteacher Mike Williams.
"I'm liaising with police and it will probably be towards the end of the week when a final decision (on their future) will be made."
It is believed the spray was let off in the school corridor, causing injuries including eye irritation, as pupils and staff walked by.
The school was evacuated as firefighters ventilated the building.
North Wales Police said they were continuing to investigate and a number of items, including the gas canister, have been sent for forensic examination.
Physical effects of CS gas are felt almost immediately.
Symptoms include severe burning in the eyes, involuntary closing of the eyes, extreme burning in the nose and extreme burning in the throat.
