A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a body was found in a suitcase in the Water of Leith in Edinburgh.
The remains of Timothy Wallace, 24, were discovered on 28 July.
Kevin Gibson, 23, of no fixed abode, made no plea or declaration at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday and was remanded in custody.
