Two people were seriously injured in the accident

Twelve people were injured, two of them seriously, in a 12-vehicle pile-up on the M5 on Monday.
The crash, on the northbound carriageway between junctions 20 and 19, Clevedon and Gordano, happened at about 1300 BST.
Seven ambulances were sent to the scene and northbound traffic was taken off the motorway at Weston-super-Mare and diverted.
Avon Ambulance Service said a man and a woman suffered serious injuries and were taken to hospitals in Bristol.
All lanes were reopened, with traffic moving slowly at around 1545 BST, police said.
"Clearly when it's raining you've got to increase your distance and slow down. The fact that 12 vehicles were involved just goes to illustrate that fact," said a police spokesman.
"Some people were trapped in their vehicles and it took two hours before the motorway was reopened."
