Eight people have been arrested by police after drugs with an estimated street value of £2m were uncovered in Merseyside.
Officers found about 36 kilos of drugs, including ecstasy, heroin, cocaine and amphetamine at an industrial unit in Ash Road, Litherland, on Saturday.
Two men, aged 31 and 54, were arrested and are being questioned by officers on Monday.
Six more arrests were made on Sunday. The five men and a woman, all Dutch nationals and aged between 24 and 29, were arrested in Liverpool.
Merseyside Police said the drugs find was substantial, and would have a clear impact on the drug trade in Liverpool.
A police spokesman said: "Merseyside Police remains committed to tracking down and arresting those we believe to be involved in drugs and drug trafficking.
"This seizure is a clear success for the force in that these drugs cannot now reach our streets."
