Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a car crash in Hereford.
It happened on the A4103 at Yark Hill between 0730 BST and 0815 BST on Sunday.
David Pitchford, 40, from Malvern, was driving a gold Volvo 340 GL car when it left the road just before the junction of Newtown Cross.
Police, ambulance and fire crews attended but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed for four hours.
West Mercia Police are appealing for information.
