Customs seize cigarette haul

More than a million smuggled cigarettes have been seized by customs officers.

The haul, worth about £25,000 was discovered in Chesterfield.

Customs officers were alerted by a tip-off from a member of the public.

The cigarettes were found inside a shipment of motorway crash barriers.

It is thought they were destined for sale in Derbyshire.
