Youngsters in Guernsey are being encouraged to "Face their Futures" and log onto the new look Guernsey Careers Service (GCS) website.

It is officially launched on Monday in St James.

Guernsey Careers staff are hoping to explain to local employers how they can work together using the Service's latest information packages and support services.

The Careers service is keen to highlight the benefits of using a free online job vacancy service and up-to-date information on the local labour market.

Forging stronger links

GCS has also started up a new partnership with local recruitment specialists OSA Limited.

Its managing director, Nick Graham, says it is a "complementary relationship" and his team is very enthusiastic about it.
