Man charged over hotel murder
Travel Lodge, Peartree
The woman's body was found by staff at the hotel.
A Berkshire man has been charged with murder following the discovery of a woman's body in an Oxford hotel.

Donna Rowe, 29, from Axbridge Road in Reading was found dead in the Travel Lodge in Peartree on Sunday afternoon.

Stephen James Ellis, 26, of the same address, has been charged with her murder.

Police were called to the hotel - which is on the Peartree Interchange, off the A34 - and forensic teams sealed off the building while they searched the area.

It is still unclear exactly how the woman died.

Mr Ellis was remanded in custody when he appeared before magistrates on Tuesday morning.
