Driver in court over road death
A lorry driver has appeared in court in Carlisle accused of killing a Cumbrian farmer.

William Dunlop, 41, from Dornock Mains in Annan, pleaded not guilty to causing the death of Matthew Hutchinson by dangerous driving.

Mr Hutchinson, 27, from Church Broughton near Kirkby Stephen, died following a crash last October involving his tractor and Mr Dunlop's lorry on the A66 two miles east of Brough.

Mr Dunlop was remanded on bail and will go on trial in December.
