West Yorkshire Police arrested 13 football fans during early morning raids in Bradford and Leeds on Saturday.
Twelve have been charged with violent disorder and two with public order offences.
They will appear before magistrates in Bradford on Friday 26 September.
One man is still being questioned.
The charges follow disturbances in Ivegate in Bradford city centre on Saturday 26 July.
The violence started after Bradford City's centenary tournament at Valley Parade and involved supporters from Aberdeen, Swansea and Coleraine.
Seven people had already been arrested for public order offences before Saturday's raids.
Three have been convicted and the cases of the remaining four are going through the courts.
Police inquiries have also been taking place in Aberdeen to try to find men there suspected of taking part in the Bradford disturbances.
