A pensioner has died following a fire at a bungalow in Nottingham.
She was rescued by firefighters but later died in hospital.
Emergency crews were called from Central and Carlton fire stations were called to the home on Mickleborough Avenue at just after 2000 BST on Friday night.
The 71-year-old woman was trapped inside and had to be taken to hospital but died in intensive care in the early hours of the morning.
Police and fire officers are carrying out an investigation into the incident.
