Appeal after indecent assault
Police in Bristol are appealing for witnesses after a woman was indecently assaulted by a teenager in the Brentry area of the city.

The woman was waiting at a bus stop near Willow Close on Knole Lane when she was approached by three boys.

One of the group - all of whom were aged about 15 - indecently assaulted her.

The attack happened at about 2220 BST on Wednesday, 16 July, but details have only just been released.

Witnesses needed

The first boy was of mixed race, about 5 ft 7 in tall, of average build, and with a marked complexion.

He had fixed braces on his top and bottom teeth and was wearing an army cadet uniform.

The second youngster was white with brown hair. He was carrying a mobile phone with a cannabis leaf design on.

The third boy was also white with brown hair. He was pushing a silver mountain bike.

Officers investigating the incident want to speak to anyone who saw what happened.

They are particularly keen to hear from the occupants of a car that turned around on Knole Lane to ask the victim if she was OK.

Witnesses or anyone with any information is asked to contact Avon and Somerset Police or Crimestoppers.
