One woman and three men are being treated in hospital following a crash involving five vehicles on the M5 motorway in Worcestershire.
The woman had to be airlifted from the scene and the men were taken by ambulance after two suffered chest injuries and the other a suspected spinal injury.
The accident happened at about 1200 BST on Monday, on the northbound carriageway of the M5 between junctions 5 and 6.
Police closed the motorway in both directions for two hours.
At one stage, northbound traffic stretched back as far as Strensham Services.
