Deputy Farnham says the time is right for a casino in Jersey

Members of the public in Jersey are to be asked what they think of plans to turn Fort Regent into a casino.
The Economic Development Committee has published a report which recommends the Fort as a venue, linked to the Waterfront by cable car.
It has also recommended Jersey joins the National Lottery and says the government should not interfere if people want to gamble.
Vice President Deputy Lyndon Farnham says islanders have until the end of October to send in comments.
'Deliberations'
"This is going out to consultation and our consultation period runs to the end of October," said Deputy Farnham.
"We are asking that comments are received by the EDC by the end of September.
"This will form part of our deliberations for our proposition which we hope to bring to the States by the autumn."
