Police seize £5m ecstasy haul
Ecstasy tablets
Ecstasy has the potential to kill users
Ecstasy tablets worth £5m have been seized by police in Surrey.

About one million tablets were recovered by officers in the operation in Shepperton on Thursday.

Two men have been charged with drugs offences and are due to appear at Staines Magistrates Court on Friday.

Brian Braker, 60, from Chertsey, and Keith Hill, 29, from Liverpool, are accused of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

A third man has been bailed.

Detective Chief Inspector Steve Rodhouse said: "These drugs can kill, there is no doubt about that, and we believe this significant seizure will have saved lives."

The haul is believed to be the largest amount of class A drugs ever found in Surrey.
