Two people have been killed in two separate crashes on the A5 in Shropshire over the weekend.
The westbound carriageway was closed for more than five hours following the first crash on Saturday.
One vehicle was involved in the crash which happened at 0830 BST.
Hours after the incident a man died in another crash close to the Nescliffe bypass.
The 50-year-old man died in the collision between a Volvo car and a Peugeot estate.
An 18-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital in Staffordshire with back injuries.
Another two people suffered back and neck injuries in the smash and were taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
