Hip-hop band Spooks are in mourning after former group member Water Water was killed in a car accident on Sunday.
Water was in the band when they enjoyed success in January 2001, when single Things I've Seen reached number six.
A statement issued by the band said: "We would like to do whatever we can to honour his immeasurable contribution to the Spooks and the hip-hop world.
"He was and will always be family.
We all loved Water very much, he will be missed."
Rap group stays on top
Rap group Black Eyed Peas have remained at the top of the UK singles chart with their song Where is the Love.
The song, in its third week at number one, features guest vocals from pop star Justin Timberlake.
It beat off strong competition from former S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens, whose song Sweet Dreams My LA Ex debuted at number two.
Westlife, Louise, Nickelback, Jamelia, So Solid Crew and Limp Bizkit also had songs charting in the top ten in their first week.
Meanwhile, The Darkness's Permission to Land remained at the top of the UK album charts, with Starsailor at two and David Bowie's new album Reality making number three.
Awards honour legend Cash
Johnny Cash, who died earlier this month, has been honoured at this year's Americana Awards in the US, winning artist, song and album of the year.
The awards, in their second year, picked Cash's cover of the Nine Inch Nails song Hurt as song of the year. American Recordings IV: The Man Comes Around was the album of the year.
The awards, which celebrate the more traditional end of country music, also gave Cash cohort Kris Kristofferson the Spirit of Americana Free Speech Award.
Singer-songwriter John Prine and Sun Records founder Sam Phillips also won awards on Friday.
C4 tackles sexlives with new show
A top independent programme maker is in talks with C4 for a programme that will "make over" couples' sex lives.
The show - from the makers of Jamie's Kitchen and Property Ladder - will show blurred footage from the bedroom, then offer advice for improvement.
"This isn't a porn show by another name," insisted producer Daisy Goodwin.
Goodwin - who also produces C4's Dinner Party Inspectors - said that if her company "can't get the tone right, we won't do it".
