Sinn Fein say police visited Gerry Adams at home

Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams has been told by police that intelligence reports suggest he is actively being targeted by dissident republicans, his party has claimed.
Police Service of Northern Ireland officers are understood to have spoken to Mr Adams at his home on Friday night.
The police would not confirm the details.
A spokesman said steps are taken to inform someone when they believe the person needs to review their personal security.
Dissident republicans are opposed to the Northern Ireland political process and the 1998 Good Friday Agreement, which Sinn Fein supports.
Sinn Fein councillor Michael Ferguson said Mr Adams would not be deflected from his political aims.
"It's something which isn't very pleasant to be told, but Gerry remains committed to the peace process as does Sinn Fein," he said.
"Threats of this nature will not deflect him, and I'm fairly confident that republicans throughout Ireland as a whole will be quite annoyed, if not very angry, at anybody contemplating such a thing."
