Workers embroiled in a row with managers at a north Wales trailer company have vowed to continue with industrial action.
Staff at Ifor Williams, which has factories in Cynwyd, Corwen and Bala, have been involved in a dispute over pay and conditions for eight weeks.
The GMB union has sent a survey to local members gauging their opinion on further strikes.
A third of questionnaires have been returned and the majority of workers have said they are prepared for further strikes.
"We're now eight weeks into the dispute. I'm staggered by the resilience that the workers are actually showing," said the GMB's Dave Cliff.
'Still hopeful'
"If there's no settlement at the meeting next week then the strikes will be back on.
"We're still hopeful that we will reach a settlement on Tuesday," he added.
The union has not yet decided when the strikes will be held but Mr Cliff said many workers hade also backed suggestions for indefinite strike action.
Meanwhile, 100 workers have indicated that they are prepared to take their management to an employment tribunal.
They claim they have been short changed of holiday pay after working four hours compulsory overtime every week.

The allegation has been strenuously denied by representatives of the trailer firm.
If the company loses the tribunal, union leaders claim the firm could face an initial bill of £12,000.
The company employs 400 people and staff have said they are particularly angry that they do not receive extra payments for longer shifts.
The company has previously said they offered workers a "generous" deal.
No action will be taken until the outcome of Tuesday's meeting between union representatives and managers at the trailer company.
