Organisers expect 400 people to attend the event
Hundreds of Christian worshippers are to visit a tented village in south-east Cornwall this weekend to celebrate Family Bible Week.

The event, at Morval near Looe, has been planned for more than a year.

Organisers expect almost 400 people to visit the Christian event which promotes Bible readings and encourages its visitors to explore the neighbouring area.

Members of Grace Community Church at Morval have given up their own holidays to help put up the tented village in a field next to their church and welcome the visitors.

Bible teachers from Looe and Bristol will lead morning and evening seminars, with optional afternoon sessions available as well.

More than £13,000 has been spent on creating the event, and those behind it hope Christians from across the county will stay on site or visit for the day.
