Boys questioned over shooting
Two 13-year-old boys have been questioned in connection with the alleged shooting of a 10-year-old with ball-bearing pistols.

The victim claims two youths put guns to his face and pulled the triggers in the Worle area of Weston-super-Mare on 24 July.

The boy was also shot in the arm as his attackers demanded first money, and then his shoes.

He managed to run off without serious injury.

An Avon and Somerset police spokesperson said: "Two boys have been interviewed and released on bail.

"Two recovered guns will now be destroyed."
