Police hunt men over rape claims
Police are hunting two men who are alleged to have abducted a 14-year-old girl and raped her.

The victim said she was walking into Lingfield, Surrey, to buy sweets at about 1245 BST on Tuesday when a small white van pulled up alongside her, Surrey Police said.

The teenager told officers she had been pulled into the van and driven around for about half an hour, during which time she was raped by the passenger.

Surrey Police are keen to find anyone who may have seen the van or spotted a girl running down Ray Lane between 1300 and 1330 BST.

Blacked-out windows

Detective Chief Inspector Paul Feast, of Surrey Police, said: "We urgently need anyone who was in the Lingfield area and may have information to contact us.

"The victim has described the van as having two front doors, a sliding door on the passenger side at the rear and possibly blacked-out windows.

"She says the van was smaller than a Transit and square-shaped.

"The only descriptions she could give of the men is that one was fat and one was thin."

Mr Feast said the girl had been examined by doctors and was being offered support by specially-trained police officers.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Surrey Police.
