If you've ever wondered how we put the news together and why we choose the stories we do, you may be interested in a new project, BBC News on tour.
Some of the best-known faces of the BBC will be on the road this summer, to help explain exactly what goes in to each BBC News bulletin, whether it's a two minute radio summary - or the BBC's 24 hour operation on News 24.
Among those taking part are Breakfast's Dermot Murnaghan, Sian Williams and Natasha Kaplinsky and Moira Stuart.
At 0820 this morning on Breakfast, we'll be finding out all about News On Tour from the BBC's Royal Correspondent, Jenny Bond. She's in Newquay with the latest roadshow.
News on tour dates:
Newquay: surfing festival July 30 to August 3
Manchester: Europride August 23 - 25
The roadshow has already visited Sunderland, Bristol and Peterborough
