Man dies after night out
Steven Tomlins
A verdict of accidental death was recorded
A man lay dying for five hours before he was taken to hospital after a night out drinking, an inquest has heard.

Steven Tomlins tripped over in an alleyway after a night out in Coleford in April, and broke his neck.

He was wearing just a t-shirt and jeans

Three people told the inquest that they did not want to disturb him for fear he may have become aggressive.

A verdict of accident death was recorded.

Mr Tomlin's family told the BBC they do not blaming anyone.

A coroner said it was a "sad indictment of the times in which we live".
