Teenager mugged by gang
A Gloucestershire teenager is recovering after being mugged by a gang of six hooded men.

The 18-year-old was passing a garage along the Old Cheltenham Road in Longlevens, near Gloucester, when he was attacked at 2240 BST on 10 September.

One of the gang demanded cigarettes and removed a bottle of Pernod from the victim's rucksack.

The teenager was then punched twice above his left eye by a youth of average build, with a dark blue hooded top pulled over his head.

The youth who searched the victim's bag is described as 18 years old, 6 ft tall with pale skin and a pierced left eyebrow.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
