A 28-year-old man is being questioned over the death

A prisoner has been arrested on suspicion of murdering another inmate at HMP Manchester.
The 37-year-old man died at Strangeways on Monday. A post-mortem examination revealed he died from asphyxiation.
Officers were called to the jail - in Southall Street - at about 1315 BST.
Greater Manchester Police said the man, who has not yet been identified, was then taken to North Manchester General Hospital where he died.
A 28 year-old man was being questioned on Tuesday in connection with the death.
A Prison Service spokesman said an internal investigation had begun.
He said: "We can confirm that an incident took place involving two prisoners at HMP Manchester.
"Greater Manchester Police have been informed and are investigating."
