Man found dead in house
A man has been found dead in his Somerset home after what police fear was a drugs overdose.

Martin Gregory, 39, of Beadon Road, Taunton, was found collapsed in his home at about 0800 BST on Saturday by a friend, who called an ambulance.

The ambulance crew called police after finding the Mr Gregory to be dead and drug paraphernalia at the scene.

Police have expressed concern that this may be the second drug-related death within a short space of time, and are appealing for witnesses.

DS Mike Brewer of Taunton CID said: "We believe the man's death may have been caused by a drugs overdose, although we have yet to receive the final post-mortem result.

"We are keen to trace two other people, a man and a woman, who are thought to have been at the address that night.

"We are concerned that this appears to be the second drug-related death in the Somerset West area within a few days and are urging drug users to be extra careful."
