A man has been prosecuted for urinating in a Crewkerne street.
The local man was caught by CCTV urinating in the town centre at 2340 BST on 5 July.
He appeared before South Somerset Magistrates Court on Monday and was fined £60 for urinating in a public place.
Sergeant Phil Stevens said: "This is an example of CCTV being used to good effect in combating anti-social behaviour.
"Urinating in the street can be seen as trivial by those who are caught short but it is unpleasant for those who witness it and for those who have to clear it up the following morning.
"This type of behaviour will not be tolerated," he added.
