Cornwall's Jewish community is searching for its own burial grounds.
The Jewish cemetery at Penwith is full and Jews are being forced to bury their dead outside the county.
Now the Jewish community has written to every Cornish District Council asking that a small portion of a cemetery be given to them for their exclusive use.
On Monday Restormel Borough Council will consider giving the community part of the council's cemeteries at Campdowns in St Austell, and Fairpark in Newquay.
Both of the graveyards have been developed in a series of discreet but linked burial areas.
Council members are expected to approve the request.
