Woman found on fire dies
A woman has died after being found on fire in Norwich on Wednesday morning.

Norfolk Police said the woman, who has not been named, was found shortly after 0900 BST in Golding Place off Valentine Street in the city.

The woman was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious burns where she later died.

A police spokesman said it was not known whether the fire was deliberate or an accident.

A melted petrol can and a watch were found at the scene.

Her body was burned so badly, police expect they will have to rely on dental records to identify her.

No more information would be made available until a formal identification is made.
