Ten in court on porn charges
Ten people appeared before magistrates in Ipswich on Monday on child pornography charges.

Andrew Williams, 31, from the High Street in Hadleigh, pleaded guilty to downloading more than 2,000 indecent images of children.

Magistrates heard that many of the pictures were among the most serious kinds of child pornography.

He is to be sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court at a later date.

David Jordan from Carlton Colville near Lowestoft pleaded not guilty to two charges of downloading child pornography.

He has been committed for trial to the Crown Court.

David Avery, 36, from Felixstowe, pleaded not guilty to eight counts of making indecent images of children, and will also be committed at a later date.

Seven other men also appeared in court on similar charges and will appear before magistrates at a later date.
