An elderly woman has died after a fire at a flat in Devon.
The fire broke out in the property on Cheshire Road, Exmouth, at 1200 BST on Monday.
The woman was rescued by firefighters but pronounced dead in hospital.
An investigation is being held into the cause of the fire, but it is not believed to be suspicious.
