Dr David Kelly
Dr Kelly gave evidence on Tuesday to the foreign affairs committee hearing. He admitted then that he had met Andrew Gilligan but denied telling him that Alistair Campbell had ordered intelligence on suspected Iraqi banned weapons to be hyped. Tony Blair has promised that if the formal identification confirms that it is Dr Kelly that the Ministry of Defence would hold an independent judicial inquiry, presided over by a judge. We asked what the terms of reference would be. How serious might the political fall out be for the government having conceded to an inquiry?
Guantanamo Will the trial be held here? Could they be tried at the International Criminal Court? Would America ever agree given past objections to the court?
