Missing girl reunited with family
Jenna Bashir's photo on the internet
Jenna Bashir lied about her age
A teenage girl who has been missing for two weeks after posting photographs of herself on the internet has been reunited with her family.

Jenna Bashir, 14, from Chiswick, had not been seen since she told her parents she was going to a friend's house at about 1230 BST on 5 July.

Her father Mohamed found she had placed a picture and personal details, including a false age of 17, on a contact website.

He made the discovery after hearing of the circumstances in which 12-year-old Shevaun Pennington - who was reunited with her parents on Wednesday - ran off with a former US Marine.

Father 'mortified'

Police said Jenna has been in regular contact with her family since Thursday afternoon and is safe and well.

Mr Bashir told BBC London he was "mortified" when he saw the website.

"The sort of pictures, not only of Jenna but of other children," he said.

"There's no way of telling whether these children are 12, 13, 14 or whatever age."
