A woman and teenage girl who died in a motorway crash on Saturday were from the Bradford area, police have revealed.
The accident happened in Greater Manchester on the M6 between junction 26 at Orrell and junction 27 at Standish, when a blue Peugeot 405 and a white Renault Laguna collided at about 1240 BST.
The driver of the Peugeot, Joanne Lee Palmer Parchment, 40, and her 13-year-old daughter Celeste Chiara Parchment died in the accident.
Two girls aged 16 and 15, and two 18-month-old boys, all from the same family and travelling in the Peugeot, were treated for minor injuries at Wigan Royal Infirmary but released.

The female driver of the Renault Laguna, who has not been identified, was uninjured but received treatment for shock.
The southbound carriageway of the motorway had been closed for several hours following the accident, causing tailbacks into Lancashire.
