Missing brother and sister found

A brother and sister missing since Monday have been found safe.

A 14-year-old and an 11-year-old from Lowestoft, Suffolk, went missing after going on a trip to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, with a family friend.

Police had appealed for help in tracing the children after they failed to return on Monday evening.

But a police spokeswoman said the youngsters had been found on Tuesday night in High Wycombe and were being reunited with their mother.

The spokeswoman said an 17-year-old woman had been arrested on suspicion of abduction and would be questioned by police in Lowestoft on Wednesday.
