Man crushed to death
A 20-year-old man has been crushed to death in an industrial accident.

Police say they were called to Guardian Glass, on Rawcliffe Road, Goole, shortly after 1630 BST on Thursday.

The man, from the Bulwell area of Nottingham, was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary where he died from his injuries.

A joint investigation has been launched by the police and the Health and Safety Executive.

Police say it appears the man was working inside the building using a lift machine to work on the ceiling when he was crushed.

The scene was cordoned off while a forensic examination was carried out.
