Men held in Spain over £4m drugs
Two British men have been remanded in custody in Spain after cocaine with an estimated value of £4m was found in a horsebox.

Anthony White, 59, from London, and Martin Blum, 38, from Tuddenham St Mary near Newmarket, Suffolk, were arrested in Madrid on 4 July.

Spanish police said the two men had probably been on their way back to England after a trip to the Costa del Sol.

Police confirmed the pair appeared before a judge on 8 July.

A Foreign Office spokesman said: "Two British nationals were arrested in Madrid on 4 July on drugs charges.

"Next of kin have been informed and we are offering all the assistance we can in dealing with the matter."
