Murder police make appeal
Detectives investigating the death of a man in Hull have appealed for information about any suspicious activity near the property where he was found.

The body of the 40-year-old, who has not yet been formally identified, was discovered at an address in Marlborough Terrace, Norfolk Street, on Tuesday.

It followed information from a man who walked into the city's Queens Gardens Police Station earlier that evening.

Police say they think the victim was last seen in Hull at around 2300 BST on Saturday.

They want to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious around Marlborough Terrace between Saturday and 2045 BST on Tuesday.

A 43-year-old man, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
