Witness clue to stabbing
A man involved in a fight in Weston-super-Mare may hold a clue to a stabbing of another man, say police.

Officers say the man they want to question was eating a bag of chips on Beach Road between 0050 and 0100 BST on Sunday.

After being approached by a group of three men, he was punched by one of them, causing his nose to bleed.

The victim then left the area and police want to question him after another man was stabbed in the leg not far from the first assault.

Two men have been arrested in connection with the stabbing, but police still want to find the man involved in the first incident.

The man police want to question is described as white, aged 20 to 23.
