Eleven people were arrested and cannabis with a street value of about £100,000 was seized by National Crime Squad detectives in dawn raids across the West Midlands.
Officers made the arrests on Tuesday in Great Barr, Aston and West Bromwich as part of an operation to target an alleged international drug importation network.
A total of 20 cannabis plants were also recovered along with along £75,000 in cash and a small quantity of Class A drugs.
Detective Inspector Vince Dean of the Birmingham branch of the National Crime Squad said: "We believe we have disrupted a significant international drug supply route to the Midlands."
The 10 men and one woman arrested were taken to police stations across the region for questioning.
