Players had a lucky escape after the firebomb attack
A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an arson attack on a snooker club in West Yorkshire.

Up to 30 people were forced to flee after the attack on the Hotpost Snooker Centre in Batley on 12 July.

Staff managed to extinguish the small fire which was caused by two incendiary devices thrown into the building.

Police say a man from Dewsbury has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.

He has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
